Eva Ayurveda offers a grounded and practical approach to holistic wellbeing, integrating traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with supportive and accessible solutions for modern life. Practising from the heart of Bellingen, Eva provides personalised consultations, therapeutic treatments and lifestyle guidance designed to restore balance, vitality and connection within the body and mind. Her work is centred around three key pillars — immunity, structural support and vitality — helping clients feel more resilient, energised and supported amidst the demands of everyday living.
Eva is particularly passionate about preventative care, digestive health and lymphatic support, recognising the profound influence these systems have on long-term wellbeing. Drawing inspiration from her studies with Dr Ajeet, a respected Ayurvedic doctor known for his deep understanding of classical Ayurvedic medicine and practical clinical application, Eva’s treatments are informed by both traditional knowledge and contemporary understanding of health. Living on the Mid North Coast, Eva has developed a special interest in supporting people experiencing dampness, stagnation and heaviness often associated with the humid coastal climate. Through Ayurvedic body therapies, massage, dietary guidance and lifestyle practices, her treatments aim to improve circulation, reduce congestion, support digestion and help the body return to a greater sense of lightness, clarity and balance.
